Senator Becky Massey has introduced SB 707, a bill that would increase ID verification requirements for tobacco, smoking hemp, vapor, and smokeless nicotine purchases. If passed, retailers will need to verify IDs for more customers, potentially affecting convenience stores, smoke shops, and the hemp industry.
